Episode 9: Glacier climbing

Here's the part where we get adventurous. After Queenstown we booked it up the West Coast to Fox Glacier, strapped on our spiky shoes, grabbed some sticks, and went climbing. We were so living on the edge. See?

"Extreme risk to life." "Verboten."

Our tour guide casually led us under the rope past this sign, and we were off.

We must take the ring to Mordor...

It is mine...!
Success!

Who knew you would look so cool in spiky boots and swanky sunglasses! Why do all other countries have such fun signs? We have boring signs. New career path for Caitlin......Funky sign designer?

Stunning pictures (especially the one of Tania! did she approve that post?)

Dear Caitlin,
I cannot not believe the absolutely beautiful pictures. They are like postcards. The glaciers reminded me of Alaska. Did you know that your jacket would match the inside of the glacier? Love your blog site, gives me the chance to dream and be somewhere other than at work. Keep all the wonderful pics coming.

Love,
Kathy
